This is a great dental practice. Dr Jim and his entire staff are professional, efficient, friendly & knowledgeable. Service is quick, and reliable, no waiting and they are always available in any emergency situation. Location is convenient. My husband & I have gone to many dentists in our lives, he's 84 and I am 79 and this practice is the best by far with an awesome staff.
Great experience getting my crown. The doctor and assistant made sure I was comfortable all the way through and were detail oriented during the procedure! The front desk is also super friendly and helpful!
The most relaxed, matter of fact dentist I've ever had. Thats me being 70! Theres been a lot of dentists in this mouth! Fixes everything with precision and artistry. Great staff. My wife and i are totally on board with Unique Dental
Dr. James is the best! My husband and I have struggled to find the right dentist for us and we are so glad we were recommended by a friend to Unique Dental in Pembroke. Dr. James is super friendly and professional and really cares about his patients. He is also one of the gentlest dentists we’ve ever seen, and we’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes before an appointment.
Laurie is a pleasure to work with, she’s pleasant and always greets you with a smile. Kristen was my hygienist today, another pleasant and happy person. Dr Leung does a great job and the entire experience makes for a great day.

As a new patient to Unique Dental of Pembroke, they did a great job getting me situated with my appointment. They were super friendly upon entering the office. The hygienist and the dentist reviewed everything with me, making sure I understood their recommendations. I will definitely be making them my permanent place to go to for my dental needs going forward.
Dr James is so knowledgeable, professional, gentle, caring. He explains in detail the procedure, never experiencing any pain. He is the best Dentist I have ever had. The entire staff is so professional and caring.

Without a doubt, the best dentist I’ve ever had. You know how people always joke that they’d rather have a root canal than (fill in the blank)? My fill in the blank has recently become my job and I can honestly say that for two hours I was more relaxed and stress free sitting in chair while Dr. James Leung gave me a root canal - patiently, calmly and pain free while he explained the procedure. I actually fell asleep I was so relaxed! I had absolutely no pain later on after the Novocain wore off. The rest of the staff is kind and professional too and I love the butterflies on the ceiling!
Love it here! My husband and I followed our hygienist from her former office because she's just the best (gentle, informative, super personable - go to her!) and are really happy with the switch. The office is very nice and so are all of the people who work there. The front desk made scheduling a simple process, and the dentist is knowledgeable and informative. Everyone was so down to earth, 10/10 recommend them!
First time here....impressed with Dr. James Leung and his staff. Very patient, professional, informative and considerate. Stress-free visit with exceptional results. Dental visits are not high on my list of things to do, however, this is definitely my "go to place" for all things dental.

Excellent service and staff. They went out of their way to accommodate me when I had an emergency with a chipped front tooth and managed to fit me in even though they very busy. Dr James is a wonderful dentist. He has done a much better job than any of my previous dentists. Very prompt service to your appointment time. I’ve been going there for about three years now a never a long time in the waiting room. Highly recommended.
This is the absolute best dentist I have ever been to! From the warm caring welcome, gentle prep, kind and caring dentist to ensuring I understood the next steps prior to leaving. Thank you so much for all your help today especially given this was pretty urgent and last minute. I definitely recommend this dentist to anyone looking for dental care in the area.
I have been going to unique dental in Pembroke for a few years now. Prior to them I was seeing the same dentist for over 20 years before he retired, so I was worried about making the switch. The staff there has been absolutely amazing. The ladies at the reception desk are always so warm and welcoming, the hygienists are thorough and friendly, and Dr. James is one of the best! Highly recommended by myself and my husband!
Embarrassingly enough it had been at least a decade since I had last visited the dentist. My experience here was nothing short of wonderful. The dental hygienist was so friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I was lucky enough to snag a pre holiday cancellation appointment! The woman at the desk is SO nice and friendly. Just an all around really good experience.

Dr.James was extremely thorough and was not rushed while he worked on my teeth. He told me what he was doing as he did the work. I would highly recommend this dentist office.
I switched dentists because I live close by and it’s definitely been a great experience! Dr. James and staff are very knowledgeable and kind. They are flexible with scheduling and take the time to make sure everything is done correctly. They also do a better job at explaining what they are doing than other dentists I’ve had. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.
One of my cap/crowns came loose Saturday afternoon. I called the Pembroke Office first thing this morning (Monday), they gave me a 5:30pm same day appointment and then quickly re-cemented and painlessly put the cap/crown back on.

I’ve always hated the dentist but I honestly love going to Dr.James. He is very gentle and kind. Everyone working there is wonderful. Brooke just did an awesome job on cleaning my teeth. I can’t say enough about the receptionist. She is incredibly helpful and very pleasant.
Wonderful friendly staff. Hygienist is super kind and patient answering my many questions. Dr Leung explains options thoroughly. The staff is cognizant of costs and how to plan future work according to your budget and insurance coverage.
I couldn`t be happier that I found Unique Dental. Had an issue, was given an appointment the same day I called, have been back several times since. The staff is so friendly, helpful, and professional. Dr. James is by far the best dentist I have ever been to ,explains everything, does great work, and makes sure it is as painless as possible. I enjoy the calming screens of beautiful places and the music in each room. It is also so clean. Would recommend to anyone looking!
Unique Dental is the best dental experience I have ever had. I love the staff. All so friendly and professional. I’ve had normal maintenance work, also crowns, a permanent new tooth as well as a nighttime TMJ bite guard. It’s a great dental practice. They are also “on time”. No waiting.

The Dental assistant explaining everything being done. The patience, and gental work done by the Dentist to pull my tooth. Pain free I might add! The whole crew there just calms you. Went to Unique Dental of Pembroke for the first time today as I was looking for a new dentist near me after moving to Pembroke. I was extremely pleased with my experience! All of the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Sarah, the dental hygienist, was very thorough and gentle yet efficient at the cleaning. My daughter is 13 and has terrible anxiety and the dentist and hygentist have been amazing with my daughter I can’t say enough about them. The front desk is great as well. As a mom I’m happy to not have her leave the dentist in completely tears cause she was petrified of the dentist.
